Moving Action Surprise System©

The MAS Method allows, in a relatively short time, practitioners to achieve concrete results in dealing with potential or actual critical and threatening situations, both physical and psychological.

The MAS Method is founded in the study of military experience, both in training and field contexts, and in the analysis of situations actually happening in the civil field.

The MAS Method is the result of a constant confrontation with experts in the military and civil field, working in numerous disciplines and with different methods, in a process of continuous evolution and improvement, drawing on psychological, behavioral, sociological and physical skills and competences.

The MAS Method is based on 3 natural and simple principles:

Moving

Action

Surprise

The MAS Method acts on different physical and mental factors:

The MAS Method is neither a martial art nor a combat sport. It is not based on codified technics, predefined combinations or schemes. Rather, it is founded on natural physical and psycological principles, easy to learn and use that provide great efficacy, a fundamental factor when it comes to security matters.

The MAS Method has been created, elaborated and codified by Remo Grassetti, a professional with more than 30 years of expertise at the international level in the study and evolution of critical situations management and Self Defence.
